Anngel Benoun, a licensed California Real Estate Agent since 1989, is a company leader for Dilbeck GMAC Realtors, Sherman Oaks. She is Director of REO Sales, an Estates Director representing properties over $1 Million, a principal in The California Connection probate/trust sales division and a Relocation Specialist.

Her annual sales consistently ranks her among the top producers in the company and nationwide.  She has ranked #1 or #2 every year since 1993 and was the top producer in both 2008 and 2009.  She is among the top 10% GMAC agents nationwide.

She has successfully closed over $400 million in sales averaging more than 100 transactions annually.  She is equally successful representing retails clients as she is institutional sellers including Lender Owned Foreclosures and Probates.

An industry leader, Anngel is a member of REOMAC, the national lender default association and served four terms on their Board of Directors.  She is also co-author of the California Department of Real Estate accredited seminar “Representing Buyers in REO, Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and Probate Sales.”  She has been interviewed for California Association of Realtors publications and on numerous radio stations.

Prior to joining real estate, Anngel spent 12 years in the advertising/media industry and uses her creative and marketing background to develop innovative marketing strategies for the clients she represents.

Anngel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism.

Her interests outside of business include rooting for her beloved UCLA Bruins, playing competitive tennis and spending time with her husband of 30 years and her two Golden Retrievers, Sammy and Casper.
